Basic Terms

Payment is due within 24hrs of invoice being sent unless otherwise agreed upon.

No cancellations or exchanges. Please buy responsibly.

All 3D prints are made to order; I'll start once payment has been completed. Turnaround time may be 1-2 weeks depending on the items and order volume.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be minor imperfections or blemishes in products. I strive to deliver the highest quality, but please be aware of these potential imperfections.

I cannot be held liable for lost of stolen packages.

Any issues must be brought to my attention within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos and videos.

I pack with the care I'd expect my plants to be packed so they arrive to you safely. By purchasing, you understand that shipping can be stressful for plants and they may show these signs of stress in the form of leaf creasing, yellowing, or even loss.

Please contact me with any issues within 2 hours of delivery timestamp with a clear unboxing video.
